This guide is by no means definate nor exhaustive. It provides a very easy way to make a guranteed daily profit with minimal effort. This guide assumes many quests, levels and achievement diaries have been completed. The rather non-obvious assumptions are listed under "assumptions" in each stage.
This guide also assumes you are using the Lunar spellbook. If you are not or cannot, simply change the teleport options listed below.

As many would be aware, Jagex has recently become a huge fan of providing rewards than can only be done on a daily basis. This guide explores how to make a reasonable daily profit from these endeavors within a minimal time frame. There are certainly many more daily opportunities than the ones listed below. Thus, this is only a guide.

Stage 1 - Staffs, Sand, Flax, Runes, Pineapples and Seaweed

Starting Location: Varrock
Wearing: Varrock Armour 3, Mud Staff
Inventory: ~1M gp, 5 Cosmic, 5 Law, 5 Astral, Camelot Teletab, Seers Headband (3)

Route for Stage 1:

- Buy staffs from Zaff
- Teleport to Watchtower (using 'Spellbook Swap')
- Run down into Yanille, using the shortcut under the wall if you can
- Visit Bert for daily sand
- Go into the Magic Guild (2nd floor) and buy all the Death Runes
- Use a Camelot Teletab
- Run South down to the Flax fields, get your daily flax using the Seers Headband
- Visit Arhein who is just South of Catherby bank and buy all of the pineapples and seaweed from him
- Deposit all of your inventory into the Bank

Stage 2 - Farm Run

Stage 4: ~178K

Total Profit: ~677K (Total time: 14 minutes)

An author's note
I originally wrote this guide and posted it to a number of fan sites on the 18th October, 2009. I have since revisited and modified the guide, simplistically altering the route while still maintaining the same healthy profit. Currently, SU is the only site to have the updated version (as of 13th December, 2009).

Great job! As you know, I already do most of those things, but it's great to see other ways of accomplishing the daily tasks.

You can NPC contact Bert for sands ith Lunar spells which is quicker if you don't do the death runes in mage guild.

I also tele ardy to get the 150 pure ess for free from Ardy diary.

Bork is also worth doing for the charms. Takes about two minutes and you get 5 blue and 7 crimson plus some other stuff.

Water, Earth, Law and Death are currently the only runes which still give a profit.

Nice way to wrap it all up, I really liked the way you did the yearly profit from it, makes it all seem.....worthwhile!

With guides like this I may just be able to stop hanging out in the GE waiting to be recruited by a merch clan. icon_wall.gif

I joke I joke. I do a lot of it however I will now start adding the runes to the list, thanks!

Cate

This isn't considered "daily", but whenever I have to stop at the GE i just buy 100 glories uncharged for min, use a geyser titan to charge them, and sell them for med. The glories usually come within 1 minute for min and sell within a minute for max also. Takes like 3 min total smile.gif

Much of this is normal things I know many people (and myself) just forget through the day. Its great having a set path through all of it.
I know people who complain about their long drive to work. Some drive an hour, some sit in traffic, I go up 2000 ft to work and go down to Denver. :P
