Here's a guide I made a while ago for Supreme Skillers. I'm not sure if it will be helpful for anyone but I still decided to post it

Requirements: Ability to cut teaks and owning an axe.

Recommended: A teleport to Castle Wars, super energies and light clothing.

Example clothing

I strongly recommend either a rune axe or a dragon axe.

You should have an empty inventory.

Where you start

You run from Castle wars, over the bridge, then then all the way west until you're at the Woodcutting sign, there's one teak tree there. If it falls, it respawns quite quickly, so you won't have to wait long.

This is the spot where you should be

After you have a full inventory, you use your duelling ring and teleport back to Castle Wars or you can run back there.

This is the exp I got during three trips, but I started at the spot in the beginning, still it seems to be quite okay exp

You may want to try banking at Tai Bwo Wannai with the trading stick. You get around 65k exp/hr which is a significant amount more.

get a pack yak and go to tai bwo wanai village and bank with trading sticks
waaaay faster

This might not be the best exps ingame, but it's certainly a great, low effort method with OK profit.

or sawmill (more xps than invy - hard work

If you want profit, cut eucalyptus logs and use a beast of burden familiar.
