Scripting
The Basics:
Aliases: To create commands that use the /command format. Usually useful for granting access more easily, kicking, joining channels and servers, etc. My favorite alias I personally have is to display what I am listening to on iTunes.
Popups: Do not mess with your popups section! Popups are added by the aliases and remote sections of scripting, this probably does not make sense to you, but it will eventually.
Remote: To create commands that use the !command format. Usually useful for looking up statistics, calculations, basically anyhing you'd like to display can be put through this format. The most known through SU would be the !suevent command, which tells when the next event is.
Users: Do not mess with your users section! Users are added by the aliases and remote sections of scripting, this probably does not make sense to you, but it will eventually.
Variables: Do not mess with your variables section! Variables are added by the aliases and remote sections of scripting, this probably does not make sense to you, but it will eventually.
