Normal Magics

If you decide to follow along the path of training Slayer while on your original spell book, I strongly suggest having completed the Karamja Diary! The easiest way to go about using this method, is to bring Karamja Gloves with you along for tasks, which teleport you to Shilo Village, giving relatively easy access to Duradel for new assignments.

Lunar Magics

While training Slayer, it is not too difficult to, after completing each task, run to your Slayer Master to obtain a new task, however, why run when you could just cast a spell to be assigned a new task? That is why Lunar Magic is so useful while training Slayer. The NPC Contact Spell alone, makes the spell book worth while.
Thus you proceed to find out a new task, and continue Slaying without ever leaving your bank!

Ancient Magiks

If you truly feel the need to use Ancient Magiks while training Slayer, I simply do not understand your logic! However, I will provide a basic outline of how to go about doing so effectively!

Hello Geoslug, I think this guide is simple and straight to the point, therefor useful. But there are a few facts that I don't really like. First of all, armadyl armor for mage defence tasks is strongly not recommended, as it gives negative melee attack bonuses and it's better to use karil's. It's better to use dark gloves instead of combat bracelet, as it gives more useful bonuses and you can use a slayer gem to check the amount of monsters you have left to kill.
Home teletabs are quite useful if you have most of the portals in your house, makes moving around easier. If you can waste some money, then using a crossbow with mithril/adamant bolts is faster smile.gif. Other than that, superb guide.

I was basing my gear decisions on defence bonuses - I feel it's much more useful than attack or strength.
Combat Bracelet is simply mine, and many others', preference for Slayer. It saves you the time and annoyance of checking, and remembering, a Slayer Gem.
Why would you want to waste your teletabs if you can switch to spellbook swap? Also - Trollheim does not contain a portal in your house, or a teletab.
I chose bows, yet again, due to personal preference. I only give suggestions for gear in this guide - You can rearrange your person however you may like ;]

This is totally not related to the guide but how do you make the buttons where it sends you to that part of the page?
